Our Policy

The purpose of this policy is to provide equal opportunities to all persons employed at Quay 2c Ltd, irrespective of their gender, race, ethnic origin, disability, age, nationality, national origin, sexuality, religion, marital status and social class. As a company we oppose all forms of unlawful and unfair discrimination.

The Quay 2c Ltd Equal Opportunities policy will be monitored following each appointment or each resignation. The policy will be reviewed anually in October, taking into account any points raised from the monitoring process. An action plan will follow this to address any issues arising from monitoring.

This policy will be implemented within the framework of the relevant legislation, which includes:

  • Sex Discrimination Act 1975 (Gender Reassignment Regulations 1999).
